No. 4 Valentine's Day Promotion!

Note: The products in this post were provided for review purposes. I was not paid to write it and the opinions are my own.

No. 4 is a high end haircare brand, so I was excited to try out their body lotion. They have partnered with another high-end brand, Mirabella, for a Valentine's Day promotion which actually runs throughout February-  "Through the month of February all purchases of Number 4 Fleurs de Temps Body Lotion 8.5 oz or Number 4 Mighty Hair Spray 10 oz will include a special gift with purchase - FREE Mirabella Red Velvet Lip Pencil ($25 Value)." I have tried out their hair products, so this time I opted to try out the body lotion along with the lip pencil.
No 4 Fleurs de Temps
I really liked this body lotion. It melted right into my skin and wasn't greasy or oily. I also love No. 4's packaging- It just looks so classy and modern at the same time, and my bathroom is decorated in "black, white and French," so this fits right in. The price is $30, which is pretty steep, honestly. The one downside to some people might be the fragrance. I love the scent, but it's strongly floral and I know a lot of people who can't do strong scents. If you are that person, this is not the product for you. But this would be a great product for your powder room or guest bathroom- very swanky looking and luxurious. And with the free lip pencil in this month's promotion, it sweetens the deal quite a bit!

Next, I tried the Mirabella Red Velvet Lip Pencil.
Mirabella Red Velvet Lip Pencil
This pencil has a really nice formula. It's smooth and soft without being too greasy or thick. It didn't feel drying at all, which is a problem with a lot of lip pencils. I really liked it.

Here's me modeling the lip pencil! Honestly when I swatched it on my hand, I was like, wow- too bright. But I actually really like it on my lips. It was super easy to apply, too. I have a serious clumsiness problem and sometimes with red lipsticks, I get it all over the place. This was super easy to apply and for that I am glad!
